Classes
For new and continuing Level I students. Provides
a strong foundation and understanding of Iyengar Yoga asanas.
For students who have completed at least
two sessions of Level I.
– For students working towards inversions
and a stronger practice of the basic asanas.
For students working with inversions and
a more in-depth understanding of Iyengar Yoga (see your
teacher).
For keen students who have begun a home
practice want to make Yoga a life long journey.
This class is for keen, able students who have
a home practice and can hold headstand for 5 minutes (medical
exceptions)
Asanas are done in such a way to enable
mothers to experience a happy, healthy pregnancy and to
prepare for birth and parenting.
For mothers and babies. Classes are designed
to tone, strengthen and release tension.
a slower paced, gentle class for those working
with chronic conditions and injuries. Props are used to
restore energy, flexibility and muscular balance. This
class is also well suited to those that are over 70 years
or not used to physical exercise. Male teacher offers asanas and potential to strengthen
and balance physical and inner self, reduce stress, and
build powerful bonds between body, breath, and mind.
Introductory Vipassana Meditation on a
drop-in basis. Support and inspiration for those already
