You will learn: Daily health routine, quick Ayurvedic diagnosis, concept of marmas (sensitive points), head & face massage with tuning forks and warm oil, Ayurvedic Facial

Zora Doval studied the ancient art/science of Ayurveda with respected authorities in the field, namely Dr. Vasant Lad and Dr. Robert Svoboda. She has also studied Ayurvedic massage, marma and pancha karma therapies with Dr.Sujata Kekada (Bali) and is certified in Acutonics (healing through sound). Zora has been involved in Ayurvedic healing for 25 years and has written 3 books on Ayurveda. She has a long background in yoga and has completed several long meditation retreats with a tantric master.
