Everyone is Welcome for a Beginner Level Iyengar Yoga Class. In this 90-minute class, you will be guided safely through a sequence of yoga postures (asanas) by a highly qualified teacher. Modifications and adaptations will be made for those with injuries or challenges in the body. Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled and notify the teacher of any injury before class. Bring a friend!
