Join us for a Free Beginner Level Yoga Class. All levels and abilities are welcome. Yoga mats and props are supplied complimentary in our fully equipped yoga studio. In this class, you will be guided safely by an internationally certified Iyengar Yoga teacher through a sequence of asanas (poses) designed to increase strength, balance, flexibility and relaxation. Come enjoy a morning of mindfulness.
Modifications and adaptations will be made for those with injuries or challenges in the body. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to get settled and please notify the teacher of any injury before class.
Please note: We can only host 30 people maximum on a first come, first serve basis. There is no pre-registration for this class.
Kindly note that we are a scent-free studio.
