Rotating Teachers

Please be aware of our cancellation policy:

  • For studio classes we need at least 3 hours advance notice for not being able to attend the class you reserved. 
  • For online classes the cancellation window is set to 30 minutes.
  • You can easily cancel a class your self from your Mindbody account (under the My Info - My Schedule tab). If you have dificulties with cancelling your reservation please email: info@kelownayogahouse.org and the teacher you were scheduled with (info can be found on the teachers page).

Livestream Access Helpful Hints:

  • Set up your props (or household items such as towels, hard cover books, pant belt or scarf, pillows, a chair) and practice space and have your device nearby- phone, computer, laptop or TV.
  • Sign-up for the class at least 45 minutes prior to the class start time via MindBody. Please make sure that your email is subscribed so that you receive an email confirmation with the URL and Meeting ID for the Zoom class. Also, please ensure that your Zoom name is the same as your registration name in MindBody.
  • Sign up cutoff time is 30 minutes prior to class start time.
  • Click the link in the payment receipt email 10 minutes before the class begins; sign in using your first and last name (so we know who you are). This name needs to be the same as the name you used for registration in MindBody.
  • Enjoy your online session! If you have the Zoom App  installed on your device, you can sign in with the Meeting ID that is on the payment receipt.
  • Accessing livestream classes is very easy.

  • These classes will be simplified with fewer props used or household items in replace of props.
