Everyone is welcome to join us for 3 fun, varying and free 1-hr Iyengar Yoga Classes!
In the Beginner Class, you will be introduced to the foundational yoga asanas (postures) in a safe and systematic method by one of our highly-trained yoga instructors. The beginning yoga poses are fundamental in enhancing strength, flexibility and balance. All are welcome!
The Ropes Class will introduce you to the use of our yoga rope wall as a method of modifying and enhancing yoga poses to achieve extension, expansion, traction and support. All levels and abilities are welcome to experience this unique and fun method.
The Restorative Class will introduce you to a practice of relaxation and renewal using yoga props to support the body in order to enhance the breath, release tension and calm the nervous system. All levels and abilities are welcome.
Yoga mats and props are supplied complimentary in our fully equipped yoga studio.
Modifications and adaptations will be made for those with injuries or challenges in the body. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to get settled and please notify the teacher of any injury before class.
Please note: We can only host 30 people maximum on a first come, first serve basis. There is no pre-registration for the open house.
