Join us for a morning of yoga where you will by guided systematically through a series of foundational yoga postures (asanas) to create a feeling of well being and vitality. This class is suitable for all levels, body types, and abilities. Please have any yoga props you may have at home handy: yoga blocks, belt/strap, blanket(s) and a chair. See you on Zoom!
