If you are a total beginner to yoga or have no prior experience at all, then this class is for you. Learn the basics of Iyengar Yoga from square one. Each week, in this one-hour class, you will be safely guided through a sequence of asanas (postures) which will create a foundation upon which each class builds in order to transition you confidently into any Beginner or All Level Class.
This is a 6 week series: Saturdays April 10 to May 15 from 11am to 12pm
Cost: $60 + GST for the 6 weeks series.
We’ll review items used to assist learning in the first class including: a chair; a belt, strap or tie; two wood blocks or a couple books; 2-3 blankets; and a space with access to a wall. If these are readily available for you, please have them nearby your practice space.
