In this workshop we will explore asanas to crate symmetry in the body and steadiness in the mind. Pranayama or basic breath practice will be included to quieten the nervous system and connect with the internal body. When working with scoliosis we learn ways to be sensitive to the asymmetries in the body and to deal with them intelligently and compassionately.
NOTE: This workshop is not suitable for individuals with severe back conditions. Some yoga experience is recommended. Please contact Melissa if you are curious if this workshop is suitable for you.

Location: Kelowna Yoga House (13 spots available) and ONLINE via Zoom
Recording available for one week after the workshop for all participants
KYH members: $35 (includes GST)
Non-members: $50.75 (includes membership and GST)
