Kelowna Yoga House

Saturday February 7 | 7:00pm - 9pm with Ravi

There is an aspect of us that is wild, uninhibited, and free — a part that doesn’t judge, doesn’t perform, and simply is. It lives beneath words and conditioning, in the pure essence of our true nature.

Yet there are very few spaces that welcome this part of us. Spaces where we are free to laugh, cry, howl, shake, play, move, release, and express ourselves honestly — without filtering or shrinking.

Journey Into The Wild begins with a Qigong opening practice — a gentle return to flow and grace through breath, movement, softness, and receptivity.

From this grounded place, we transition into an ecstatic dance journey: a free-flowing expression of being. A space to surrender. To feel. To release. To remember your authentic nature and allow it to move through you.

This experience is held with care and presence, honoring each person’s unique process. You are invited to move at your own pace, to listen within, and to let your body guide the way.

You are welcome exactly as you are — whether you’re new to movement practices or deeply experienced.

Short Bio Ravi:

Ravi is a Traditional Qigong Teacher whose path began while recovering from a complex trauma
and autoimmune condition. Through years of dedicated practice and Yang Sheng (inner
nourishing) teachings, Qigong became a profound support in restoring his health and
reconnecting him with his true nature. He is deeply grateful to his teachers and mentors who
continue to guide his journey.

Ravi is passionate about being of service and sharing Qigong as a way of bringing more
harmony, balance, and healing into the modern world. His teachings are rooted in sincerity, self-
inquiry, and embodied practice, inviting others to discover their own inner wisdom.
He integrates insights from indigenous traditions, eastern medicine, and ancient healing lineages,
and openly shares from his personal process — including the challenges — to help others feel
empowered, supported, and seen on their own paths.

Ravi is a trauma-informed teacher whose formal training includes a 200-hour Traditional Qigong
Teacher Training (2021), Therapeutic Qigong (2022), Shaolin Strength Training (2023), and Nei-
Gong / Daoist Embodied Meditation (2024), all through Soma Dao Qi Gong.
