Class Fees
Registration:
- Registration for classes is online through your MindBody account.
- Classes may be subject to cancellation if less than six people enroll.
Drop-in
Single Class Pass
- Drop-in passes give you access to in studio and online classes.
- Drop-in class passes expire one year after purchase.
Drop in pricing for classes without membership :
60 minute class: $20 + GST
75 minute class: $22 + GST
90 minute class: $23.75 + GST
Drop in pricing for classes with a membership:
60 minute class: $15 plus GST
75 minute class: $17 plus GST
90 minute class: $18.75 plus GST
Membership
- Annual Membership fee $15 +GST
- Membership includes discounts on classes, events and workshops as well as use of our lending library and purchase of props at reduced pricing

- For new clients only
- Annual Membership fee NOT required
- 6 class pass: $60.00 + GST for 6 classes in 30 days
- Valid for any 60, 75 or 90 minute studio or online class (special series, events and workshops are excluded)
- Pass will expire 30 days after the clients first visit

30-Day Adventure Pass - 60
- Annual Membership fee required
- 60 minute class pass: $108.00 + GST for 8 classes in 30 days
- Valid for any 60 minute studio or online class (special series, events and workshops are excluded)
- Pass will expire 30 days after the clients first visit
- No rollovers or extensions
- Non refundable and non transferable
90-Day Adventure Pass - 60
- Annual Membership fee required
- 60 minute class pass: $333 + GST for 26 classes in 90 days
- Valid for any 60 minute studio or online class (special series, events and workshops are excluded)
- Pass will expire 90 days after the clients first visit

30-Day Adventure Pass - 75
- Annual Membership fee required
- 75 minute class pass: $122 + GST for 8 classes in 30 days
- Valid for any 75 or 60 minute studio or online class (special series, events and workshops are excluded)
- Pass will expire 30 days after the clients first visit

90-Day Adventure Pass - 75
- Annual Membership fee required
- 75 minute class pass: $375 + GST for 26 classes in 90 days
- Valid for any 75 or 60 minute studio or online class (special series, events and workshops are excluded)

30-Day Adventure Pass - 90
- Annual Membership fee required
- 90 minute class pass: $135 + GST for 8 classes in 30 days
- Valid for any 90, 75 or 60 minute studio or online class (special series, events and workshops are excluded)
- Pass will expire 30 days after the clients first visit
- No rollovers or extensions
- Non refundable and non transferable
90-Day Adventure Pass - 90
- Annual Membership fee required
- 90 minute class pass: $415 + GST for 26 classes in 90 days
- Valid for any 90, 75 or 60 minute studio or online class (special series, events and workshops are excluded)
- Pass will expire 90 days after the clients first visit
- No rollovers or extensions
- Non refundable and non transferable
Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend a class that you have purchased, we ask that you cancel your reservation in your MindBody account (under the My Info – My Schedule tab).
If completed within the timeframes below, you will have a credit on your account for a class of the same type and duration. A class credit stays valid for one year after purchase.
- For studio classes, cancel your reservation 3 hours or more before class start time.
- For online classes, cancel your reservation 30 minutes or more before class start time.
If you have difficulties with cancelling your reservation, please email: info@kelownayogahouse.org and the teacher you were scheduled with (info can be found on the teachers page).
There are no refunds for missed classes.
