Join Julien Lepage and his co-facilitator for Autumn Rhythm Reset, a transformative 2-hour workshop designed to reconnect you with your inner rhythm through the power of community drumming.

 
This immersive experience blends facilitated drum circles, mindful movement, and guided meditation to foster connection, release stress, and awaken creativity. No musical experience is needed—just an open heart and a desire to find your groove! All drums and percussion instruments are provided, and participants will leave feeling energized, grounded, and inspired. Perfect for the fall season, this workshop is a chance to reset and harmonize body, mind, and spirit.

Cost: Sliding scale of $30-$40 per participant
 
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation up to (September 4, 2025, 7:00PM) will result in a credit of the workshop fee, minus a cancellation fee ($10) to the student’s KYH MindBody account. No credit if the student cancels less than 2 days prior to the event.

Bio Julien Lepage 
Julien Lepage is the founder of Circles of Rhythm, a Calgary-based initiative dedicated to fostering community,
healing, and self-expression through facilitated drum circles. With over 15 years of experience as a professional drummer and group facilitator, Julien has led hundreds of workshops across Canada, blending rhythm, mindfulness, and connection to create transformative experiences. As a therapist specializing in addiction and mental health at Castle Wellness, Julien integrates his expertise in therapeutic practices with his passion for rhythm, offering a unique approach to healing and self-discovery. His work supports individuals in navigating challenges, fostering resilience, and building community through the universal language of rhythm.
Julien is joined by his co-facilitator, a skilled practitioner in mindfulness and group dynamics, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment for all.
