Short Bio Amrika:

Amrika is a devotional yoga teacher rooted in classical Hatha Yoga and Vedic wisdom. Raised within a Hindu yogic tradition in Trinidad, she teaches yoga as an offering of love and remembrance. Her classes weave movement, breath, mantra, and meditation as sacred practices—inviting the mind to soften and the heart to open. Known for creating warm, inclusive, and deeply nourishing spaces, Amrika bridges ancient teachings with modern understanding of pain care and brain health, guiding students back to presence, ease, and the quiet joy of being.
