Sharon started practicing Iyengar yoga in 2008, after a referral from her physio. The Iyengar method focuses on alignment while building strength and stability. After experiencing the many benefits of this style of practice for several years, Sharon embarked on the teacher training program in the fall of 2021 under the mentorship of Krisna Zawaduk and on Nov 1st, 2025 attained her Level 1 Iyengar Certification. Sharon is looking forward to sharing the many gifts of Iyengar yoga to anyone who wants to nurture their personal wellbeing.
