Kelowna Yoga House

Friday October 31 | 11:30-4:00pm with Darquise Patenaude

The wonderful Darquise Patenaude will be in studio at Kelowna Yoga House Friday October 31 from 11:30-4:00pm doing tarot readings with most of the proceeds being donated to the BC Community Bat Program.

“I am especially pulled towards animals such as cats and bats since they are from the realm of the dark feminine. Tarot being an intuitive art connects beautifully to that realm.

As you know, black cats and bats are often vilified and demonized and that message is very strong during Halloween time. The association I am trying to help right now, BC Community Bat Program, shares good information and educational programs to the general public.  They do their part in helping bust false myths that are detrimental to our nocturnal friends.  BC is so lucky to be home to 17 different bat species, but they can use our protection and help.

Darquise is a tarot reader, park interpreter, teacher and artist.  Through tarot and floral design, she helps raise money for animals and nature conservancies.  The cost of the readings is $40 paid by e-transfer or cash at the time of reading.  Appointments for the readings can be made by texting or calling Darquise at 250-870-3256.

Please pass this along to anyone you think might be interested in having a reading and supporting a great cause!
