Jolanda started her first Taiji (Tai Chi) classes in Taiwan in 1989. During the total of ten years that she lived in Asia (China, Hong Kong, Singapore), she continued training in Taiji and later discovered Nei Gong (inner Qigong). She found her true calling when starting practising Qigong in Canada in 2008.
