After years of abuse of our body while living our everyday life, we end up accumulating a lot of improper skeletal habits while sitting, walking, or standing. These habits lead to stiffness in body movement, pain in joints, and muscle soreness.

The hip joint naturally has a wide range of movement and is supported by an extremely strong group of muscles. But due to the lack of sufficient movement, these surrounding muscles and ligaments stiffen up and subsequently limit the hip movement. This stiffness is detrimental for the smooth body movement when performing various yoga asanas.

Sarika will work with you on different stretches to the hip joint helping to improve the range of motion and mobility without sacrificing joint stability. These yoga stretches help in opening the hip joint so that you are able to better perform a range of yoga asanas with ease.

Sarika will work with you to help you attain the yoga postures in gradual progression and will share tips and tricks even if you have difficulty getting started. These techniques are helpful to achieve the ultimate posture rapidly, for any level of practitioner.

When you practice yoga asanas properly, even partially, it helps the body.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation up to July 16 will result in credit of workshop fee minus a cancellation fee ($10) to the student’s MindBody account.
  • No refund or credit if the student cancels less than 2 days prior to the event.
