Join Rina, Jackson and David for a unique sound experience to support you as you enter a season of renewal.
You will be guided through qigong, yoga and dance movements by Rina supported by the magical healing sounds provided by David.
Join Jackson for a guided breathwork journey. This will include conscious connected breathing patterns, breath holds, instruments, (optional) hands on adjustments and a safe container to experience and feel whatever is coming through for you in your journey. I invite you to call, radiate and align with your highest self.
Rina and David will join together at the end to integrate with a yoga nidra sound healing journey.
David, an experienced sound healer will surround you with an immersive soundscape using a variety of healing instruments, including a resonant gong, Tibetan singing bowls, flute, chimes and more. The rich, harmonic vibrations support emotional reset, energetic balance and meditative stillness—perfect for this sacred time of seasonal transition.
After the event, we invite you to stay, share and connect in the lounge. Feel free to bring a tea bag and mug if you like.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation up to January 16 6:00pm, will result in credit of workshop fee minus a cancellation fee ($10) to the student’s MindBody account.
No refund or credit if the student cancels less than 2 days prior to the event.
