Begin with guided pranayama (breath work) to center the mind, move into movement that awaken the body and conclude with a soothing Yoga Nidra meditation intended to melt away stress and restore your energy. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned yogi, this class offers variety and is tailored to meet you where you are. Expect to leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and connected.
